What Pawcci Collects

Pawcci is an early MVP for pet care, reminders, and community features. We collect the information needed to create your account, maintain pet profiles, send reminders, support public pet profile links, and operate map-based features you choose to use.

• Account and sign-in details, including email authentication and Apple or Google sign-in identifiers when you use those options.
• Profile, pet, reminder, task, document, photo, and social profile information you add to the app.
• Location-related data when you use maps, check-ins, meetup planning, or a nearby alert pin.
• Push notification tokens and notification preferences used to deliver reminders and pet-social alerts.
• Local device storage used for session state, preferences, and app operation.
• If you submit Good Outings interest: your email, selected role and outing interests, optional city, a submission identifier, and a submission timestamp. The form does not ask for a street address, phone number, child name, health record, or certification document.

How Pawcci Uses Data

We use data to run the app, keep your account available, show your care schedule, help people open shared pet links, improve reliability, and respond to support or deletion requests.

Good Outings interest data is used only to understand demand, evaluate a possible pilot, and contact you about the Good Outings interest you expressed. It is not added to a general marketing list without separate consent.

Pawcci is not veterinary advice. Health reminders and care history are organization tools and should not replace guidance from a veterinarian.

Service Providers

Pawcci relies on service providers to operate the MVP, including Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and edge functions; Expo for app services and notifications; Apple and Google for sign-in; Google Maps for map display; and Vercel for this public website.

When Good Outings interest capture is available, the submission service or services are named beside the form and on this page. The form remains unavailable until that processing information and a privacy contact are configured.

Your Choices

You can choose what profile and pet details to add, whether to use location-based features, whether to enable notifications, and whether to share a public pet profile link.

Good Outings city information is optional. Enter a city only, never a street address or private meeting location.

To ask for help, correct Good Outings interest information, withdraw that interest, or request deletion, contact Pawcci support from the Support or Data deletion pages using the same email address you submitted when possible.

Retention And Deletion

Pawcci keeps information while your account is active or as needed to operate, secure, and improve the MVP. If you request deletion, we will process account and associated data deletion subject to records we may need to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons.

Active Good Outings research records are kept only until the research or relevant pilot follow-up ends, and no longer than 12 months after submission. You may ask for earlier correction or deletion through Pawcci support. A submission service may take additional time to clear secured backups under its own deletion schedule.

Changes

This policy may change as Pawcci moves beyond the early MVP. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
