Pawcci supports deletion requests through support. This page starts that request; it does not describe a self-service backend deletion flow.
How To Request Deletion
Send a request to support@pawcci.app from the email address associated with your Pawcci account when possible.
- Use the subject line Delete my Pawcci account.
- Include your account email and any context needed to verify the request.
- Do not send sensitive pet medical records in the request email.
What Deletion Generally Covers
Deletion generally covers your Pawcci account and associated profile, pet, reminder, task, document, photo, and social-profile data controlled by Pawcci.
Records We May Retain
Some records may be retained when required or appropriate for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, backup, or operational reasons.
